Cancer, you suck!
As many of you know my Dad lost his battle with colon cancer this past May. He was 59 years old. To honor his memory and the thousands of others who are and have battled cancer, my sisters and I have created an American Cancer Society Determi-Nation team for next year's Indianapolis One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon. I hope you will consider joining our team - Kickin' Asphalt for Cancer - to walk or run the race, while raising money for a great cause.
I will also be running to honor my aunt Sue, who lost her battle with cancer in 2005 and my Grandma Gladys, who was just diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer.
