Catch Up!

Lately my days have been filled with this... beautiful, to-die-for smiles and giggles...

And five mintues later this... crying, tears and flat out screaming.

I'm completely convinced that the hardest, toughest job in the world is to be a stay at home mom. The more kids you have, the harder it is. Some days are wonderful. Some days you just want to crawl back in bed and pull the covers over your head. I'm so emotionally torn about going back to work. I'm excited and looking forward to getting back into the swing of professional life, but hate to hand off the kids to daycare every morning. Two more weeks. Wow, it went fast.

Speaking of fast, Abram has been growing and developing and is quickly becoming our little man. He's found his appendages. First his thumb...

And then his toes (with a little help from Mom).

Anabelle's kindertargen year is coming to a close. Only four more weeks of school, one more week of dance and one more track meet. Although track has been really great for her, I can't begin to explain how brutal it is for the rest of us. Long practices, rain or shine and even longer meets, rain or shine. We toughed it out, but are looking forward to the summer off!

Emilia has been doing great after tubes and is back to her old sweet self. Apparently her friends at daycare wanted to test her sweetness by giving her a taste. She came home today with a huge bite mark on her arm. Although they try and keep the instigator anonymous, Emilia spilled the beans and we know who you are!

Although you've needed an ark to get around here lately, Mike and I have started to try and enjoy all things spring/summer.  I've already gone through TONS of corn on the cob and our nightly desserts have been yummy...

Still to come before I go back to work...
- Dance recital
- Mini-Marathon
- Date Night

Can't wait!
