Odds & Ends

It's been a tough few days trying to get back to normal. The girls and I are super tired, but they were happy to see their friends at school and I was glad to dig out of my e-mail inbox. I also came back to work to find that Santa, or the Grinch (I haven't figured out which) had visited my office. Trust me, nothing good inside any of the packages.

Mike and I are continuing to prepare and plan for new baby. We talked with daycare yesterday and received the grand total for having all three kids attend. Wow, we about fell over. Needless to say, we are entertaining some alternative solutions, at last maybe just for the summer-time. Possibly a full-time or part-time nanny? I need to do more research, but if anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to pass along, otherwise we might be in the poor house by the end of 2011.

Some additional developments - Anabelle has decided that instead of spring soccer she wants to try track and field with the Indy Cheetahs. We were thrilled that she was actually excited enough about something that she suggested it, and told her that we'd sign her up as soon as registration opens up. They will practice Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for an hour and a half and she'll still have dance on Tuesdays, so It'll be a busy few weeks in the spring.

We are also hoping to sign up Anabelle and Mike for the Valentine's Daddy Daughter Dance here in Brownsburg. They sure had fun last year!

Hope everyone is having a great start to the New Year! Is it summer yet?
