Halloween Weekend - Part III
Anabelle was so excited to start her Halloween, she was up at 5:00 a.m. ready to go. We had to put her back to bed three times between 5:00 and 7:00, knowing she needed sleep or today would be a disaster! Once everyone was up, we spent the morning just hanging out. Emilia and Anabelle goofed around as usual.
Anabelle and I ran some errands, visiting Frazee Gardens to see if we could find some last-minute deals. Anabelle wanted her picture taken as a pumpkin and then trick-or-treated with the owners, picking out some spooky eyeball candies.
6:00 trick-or-treating came quick and the girls toughed the chilly weather and walked the neighborhood for some candy. It didn't take long for Emilia to catch on. She acted like a pro by the third house. We left a bucket of candy at our house for the other kids.
It's hard to believe its now time to start planning for Christmas. We received our Toys-R-Us big book of toys today in the mail. Anabelle circled everything she wanted, as well as everything Emilia wanted and it all totaled around $2,458.76 before tax. Geesh! One good sign that we are doing something right... Anabelle circled more things for Emilia than she circled for herself.
Anabelle also wanted to start her written Christmas list and notice the very bottom... she didn't forget Mommy, making sure she asked what I wanted.
